QCCS has demonstrated a strong commitment to the Mackay community over the past decade, contributing over $1.25 million to various sporting clubs and community organisations.

This includes significant support for local sports, ranging from major sponsorships like the Mackay Cutters naming rights partnership to backing numerous major and minor clubs, organisations, and individuals involved in AFL, basketball, charity golf days, fishing competitions, soccer, and more.

Beyond financial contributions, QCCS team members have also dedicated over 1,000 man-hours to serving on local charity boards and committees, further solidifying their dedication to the region.

As a major partner of the Resources Industry Network (RIN), QCCS continues to invest in the growth and well-being of the Mackay community.

PRINCIPAL PARTNER OF THE MACKAY CUTTERS

QCCS’s commitment to the Mackay community is evident in their principal sponsorship of the Mackay Cutters, the city’s premier state-level rugby league team, since 2017.

Managing Director, Craig Bogaarts, champions this partnership, and the QCCS logo is proudly displayed on the team’s jerseys.

MAJOR PARTNER OF RESOURCE INDUSTRY NETWORK (RIN)

A long-standing member of the Resource Industry Network (RIN), QCCS significantly deepened its commitment in 2022 by becoming a major sponsor.

This increased support underscores QCCS’s dedication to Queensland’s resource sector. QCCS values RIN’s work in fostering collaboration, networking, and advocacy for member businesses, and through its active engagement, aims to contribute to the sector’s continued growth and prosperity.

MACKAY CITY HAWKS

QCCS has sponsored the Mackay City Hawks since 2017, contributing over $16,000 in sponsorship.

We align with the Mackay City Hawks’ philosophy of encouraging players of all backgrounds, ethnicities, races and gender, and look forward to continuing to support the Hawks in their premiership endeavours.

WANDERERS SOCCER CLUB

QCCS has proudly sponsored the Mackay Wanderers Soccer Club since 2015, initially committing to a four-season sponsorship (2015-2018) of the Under 10 and Under 11 teams.

This support continues today. Our CFO, Nick Radke, has been actively involved with the club since 2012, serving as a dedicated team coach. His two sons play for the Wanderers, with his eldest son having played since 2012 and achieving representative level selection.

TANNUM CRAB CLASSIC

QCCS is very proud to have supported of the Tannum Crab Classic for the last 2 years.

As we further develop our Gladstone branch and deepen our roots in the community, we are committed to engaging with and supporting local initiatives that make a positive impact.

We believe in investing in the communities where we work and live. The Tannum Crab Classic is a fantastic example of an event that brings the community together, and we are thrilled to be a part of it.

M&P SERVICES CHARITY GOLF DAY

QCCS joined other local businesses at the Mackay Golf Course on August 10, 2024, for the annual M&P Services Charity Golf Day.

As a sponsor since 2016, QCCS recognises the importance of this event in supporting local Mackay charities and looks forward to its 10th anniversary in 2025.

NQ'S ROCK'N COUNTRY FESTIVAL NAMING RIGHTS SPONSOR

QCCS proudly sponsored the NQ’s Rock’n Country festival for its entire three-year run (2021-2023), serving as the naming rights sponsor.

We were honored to support Mackay’s premier three-day country music festival, which also benefited Variety – The Children’s Charity. Variety supports children and families facing challenges due to illness, disadvantage, or disability.

With its outstanding mix of artists and the dedicated team behind the scenes, this event was a must-add to everyone’s social calendar” said Craig Bogaarts in 2022.

ENDEAVOUR RALLY SPONSORSHIP

In 2021, QCCS were proud to support Project Manager, Todd Robson, and the 778 Old Bulls the Contractors team.

They alone raised over $25,000 for the Endeavour Foundation, contributing to the Great Endeavour Rally total of $550,000.

NUDE LUNCH

The Nude lunch is an annual event that aims to help to change the story of ovarian cancer.

Funding vital research and awareness programs, ensuring they can continue to help save lives and ensure no woman with ovarian cancer ever has to walk alone.

In 2016, QCCS was a Gold Sponsor of the event.

SARINA RUGBY LEAGUE FOOTBALL CLUB

QCCS signed off on a two year jersey sponsorship deal worth over $6,000.00 for the 2017-2018 seasons for the Sarina Crocs Reserve Grade team.

QCCS Project Manager, Brad Cook, has been affiliated with Sarina Rugby League for about 29 years, and is currently on the Sarina RLFC committee.

Brad also played for the club for 17 years, with 5 Representative games as a junior.
